Customer Service Specialist

As the Customer Service Specialist you are committed to exceeding customer expectations, utilizing relationship selling techniques to ensure that customer needs are met.
Some of what you will do:
  • Reply to all Web Customer needs through our e-commerce platform, Magento 
  • Enter new orders and repeats given by Sales Reps
  • Follow up with Warranty department for RA’s in Winnipeg and Montreal 
  • Update information in Momentis for RA’s on a daily basis
  • Answer calls from end consumers about products, orders and other general inquires. 
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service within the apparel industry, with proven skills with conflict resolution 
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills, both written and verbal, with superior telephone technique skills
  • Confidence in interacting with all levels of management and external clients
  • Proven ability to prioritize and organize, with meticulous follow-up skills
  • Fully Bilingual in French and English
  • Momentis an asset
  • Knowledge of Magento is a bonus
Work Hours:
8:30am-5:00pm to service our US/Canadian retailers and Sales Team
