Executive / Personal Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Book and organize travel for business and personal purposes
  • Manage schedule, book business meetings and personal appointments
  • Ensure all materials required for meetings are prepared
  • Attend meetings and take notes as required
  • Run errands of personal nature
  • Coordinate home and office for various tasks
  •  

Qualifications and Skills

  • Highly organized and able to multi task
  • Ability to handle high level confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal skills while displaying professionalism
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Valid driver’s license an asset
