Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be working in the frontlines of the recruitment and talent management functions. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment and interview process, attracting top talent and nurturing the talent pool.
Some of what you’ll do:
• Manage all aspects recruitment process including creating job descriptions to screening candidates
• Follow up on interviews and while identifying candidates for future hires
• Maintain in-house candidate tracking system
• Leverage employee referral programs
• Manage hiring grants
• Represent the company in job fairs, schools, and other opportunities
• Work closely with schools up on Stage programs
• Streamline legal questions and disciplinary action with Payroll department
• Manage company pages on all social media platforms
• Work on special projects as needed

Some of what you’ll need:
• 3-5 years in recruiting , HR experience an asset
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Flexible with excellent multitasking skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Proficient on Microsoft office
• Familiar with ATS’s a plus
