Sales Coordinator

This role is responsible for providing support to the Men’s and Ladies Brand Managers. The person is responsible for preparing sales tools including CAD’s, and showroom support as well as product information for the online component of our retailers business, which includes photographing and cataloguing of samples.

Duties

  • Overall management of samples including working with NY team to ensure all required samples are sent to LCFC, sending samples out to customer’s, photo shoots, and media requests as required
  • Preparation of Samples for sales meetings and appointments, including tagging samples and showroom setup and maintenance
  • Work with each account manager to help merchandise assortments seasonally by customer by brand including providing merchandise descriptions for retail and online selling as required
  • Catalogue digital pictures from TLG and LCFC each season, by style number and/or dup number
  • Provide CAD’s as required for account manager and customers by season by brand in presentations in Excel or PowerPoint format
  • Prepare private label forms with customer selections and submit to production for costing
  • Document style sell through on CAD package by season after 10 week sell through in preparation for seasonal post mortem meetings
  • Send weekly ATS reports along with CADs to account managers, provide samples as requested
  • Support department store business; work with the buying team to provide samples and other information as requested
  • Attend customer appointments as required (traveling may be included)
  • Weekly in store visits and complete store analysis- to have a thorough working knowledge of our business at retail

  • Organizational skills- the ability to handle numerous projects at the same time
  • Teamwork – has the ability to interact with all levels of personnel
  • Communication skills- can express oneself clearly both oral and written
  • Detail oriented
  • Highly computer proficient and strong spreadsheet knowledge including Excel, Power Point, Word,
  • Able to deal with multiple tasks and tight deadlines
  • High energy level and enthusiasm
  • Experience in retail or wholesale sales an asset
  • Experience with Momentis an asset *
